CHARITY
Phoenix Futures is a national charity that helps thousands of people a year to end their dependency on drugs and alcohol. It runs rehabilitation programmes for people whose lives have been devastated by addiction, helping adults who want to rebuild their lives after damaging themselves and their families. The charity also runs two unique family services where parents can get treatment whilst keeping their families together.
BOUTIQUE CAMPING

Tickets
All tickets are issued by email. Once your transaction is processed you will receive email confirmation with a link to each ticket.
Please print your ticket(s) and bring with you to the festival. You can purchase up to four tickets at a time. Please make online payments via credit or debit card through our secure Google Checkout.
If you can’t find your e-ticket, use our ticket retrieval page to find it. You’ll need the email address you gave us and EITHER the postcode where the payment card lives OR the last four digits on the card.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets are non-refundable apart from in the following instances:
Refunds will only be given in the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, Standon Calling has been negligent or acted in breach of contract. However, refunds will not be given if the event is cancelled due to any of the following reasons: Terrorism, Biological action, Foot and Mouth, The Aliens Land, Data Problems, SARS, National Mourning, Avian Flu, Swine Flu.
Teen tickets:
If you are aged 12-17 you will only be granted admission to the event if accompanied by a guardian who is over 21. You will require a special teen ticket that can only be purchased at the same time as an adult ticket, at a cost of £75 for three days. Photo ID may be requested at the ticket gate from anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age. Under-12’s go free based on their age on July 31st 2010 and must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian who is over 21.
