So, if you change your mind within 24 hours of your purchase, please enquire here and we’ll refund your order.

Wristband Exchange

You will need to present your festival ticket on arrival at the festival entrance. No need to print, on a phone screen is fine.

The barcode on your ticket will be scanned and you will then receive your wristband which will grant entry to the festival.

We’re a cashless festival, meaning you will use your unique wristband to purchase anything onsite.
